Experience a friendly, accessible, and well-equipped gym at Stourbridge Lawn Tennis & Squash Club. Our gym offers a diverse array of equipment, from free weights to cable machines and a range of cardio equipment. With an elevated position providing a fantastic view over the tennis courts, you can enjoy watching a game of tennis while working out.

 

We offer a wide range of classes throughout the week, including circuit-based sessions, giving members the chance to try out different equipment and exercises.

 

Our highly qualified personal trainers, Jon Hope and Karen Adams, are available for private sessions, particularly focusing on exercise post-illness and injury. Our high-quality gym boasts a variety of equipment, including treadmills, bikes, rowers, cross-trainers, strength equipment with fixed weight stacks, incline benches, dumbbells, and Wattbikes. Don't forget to book your session via MyCourts for an optimal workout experience.
