Our gym provides a huge variety of equipment to mix-up your training from free weights to the cable machine and a range of cardio equipment. Our elevated position means we have a fantastic view out over the tennis courts so you can watch a game of tennis whilst working out!
We offer a wide range of classes throughout the week in both the daytime and evenings. These circuit based classes offer gym members the chance to try out some of our kit in the gym and gives members ideas for when they use the gym independently.
Our personal trainers, Jon Hope and Karen Adams are highly qualified and can advise particularly on exercise post illness and injury and can be booked for private personal training sessions for an additional fee. Jon Hope our gym manager is available to carry out inductions and a free health check with all new gym members and can give help and advice on using any of the gym equipment.
Lola Chater our gym instructer runs several classes including a well attended class on squash court 6 on a Tuesday morning.
We are excited to announce the opening of our ‘Wellness Space’ in August which can be booked for private personal training with Lola, Jon or Karen.
Our high quality, intimate and friendly has a great range of high quality equipment including:
- Rowers and cross-trainers
- Strength equipment (with fixed weight stack - easy to use)
- Incline bench and dumbells
