Our gym provides a huge variety of equipment to mix-up your training from free weights to cable machines and a range of cardio equipment. Our elevated position means we have a fantastic view out over the tennis courts so you can watch a game of tennis while working out!
We offer a wide range of classes throughout the week in both the daytime and evenings. These circuit based classes offer gym members the chance to try out some of the equipment in the gym and outside, giving members ideas for when they use the gym independently.
Our personal trainers, Jon Hope and Karen Adams are highly qualified and can advise particularly on exercise post-illness and injury and can be booked for private personal training sessions for an additional fee.
Our high quality, intimate and friendly gym has a great range of high quality equipment including:
- Treadmills
- Bikes
- Watt Bike-Atom X
- Rowers and cross-trainers
- Strength equipment (with fixed weight stack - easy to use)
- Incline bench and dumbells
- Wattbikes
